Volgens de Regeling Toezicht Luchtvaart 2000, art.16 zijn alle vliegkaarten toegestaan die "bijgewerkt zijn en/of geschikt zijn". De piloot dient op de hoogte te zijn van de stand van zaken aangaande zijn vlucht inclusief uitwijkhaven. Een oudere kaart mag dus gebruikt worden mits bijgewerkt! Maar ook een nieuwe kaart dient dus) bijgewerkt te zijn voor het doel waarvoor U de kaart wilt gaan gebruiken. Het blijft in deze natuurlijk altijd de piloot zijn eigen verantwoordelijkheid. Boetes in met name Duitsland blijken waanzinnig hoog te zijn. |
